Arthur Zwane Bemoans Hendrick Ekstein's Injury Absence
AmaZulu FC coach Arthur Zwane has expressed disappointment over the absence of midfielder Hendrick Ekstein due to injury, as they lost to Sekhukhune United in the MTN8 quarter-final match.
Zwane said Ekstein is out on injury and missed a large part of the club's pre-season preparations.
"Pule is not going to be available anytime soon. He missed about two to three weeks of pre-season," said Zwane.
"So maybe he needs another three weeks in terms of making sure that he’s ready. And obviously we’ll have to follow the protocol. We have to [follow] protocol in terms of the level of fitness."
Zwane's AmaZulu face defending Betway Premiership champions Orlando Pirates this Wednesday night in a PSL game.
